FEES

As a new client, we offer a complimentary discovery call so that we may understand your requirements and offer you the best solution for your business and budget. Please refer to our Contact Page to book!

Currently, we offer services on a retainer basis only. This guarantees your hours are reserved and your work is prioritised.  Payment for all retainers is due up-front and the terms to cancel are 30 days on either side. If you need additional hours beyond this, we will try to accommodate and bill at the hourly rates below. Discounts are available for retainers beyond 20 hours per month.

​Standard Support Fees

£37.50 per hour

We offer retainers from 5 hours per month upwards.  

Specialist Support Fees

£45 to £75 per hour

We offer retainers from 5 hours per month upwards and bespoke pricing. 

Coaching Fees

From £75 hourly or bespoke

We offer coaching packages designed to suit the client, contact us to find out more.

International Clients (Non-UK)

We are able to work with international clients (dependent on the time commitment needed and time zone).  Please, in the first instance, contact us by email with details of the support you need so that we may discuss it.  Please note that for international clients, payment is via international bank transfer (any fees to be covered by the client) or via Wise or Stripe (with all foreign exchange fees payable by the client).
